I don’t know where to begin to explain how awesome Deanna is. There should be a category that reads ” You were a client, but now a professional confidant and battle-buddy.” Working with Deanna has been amazing because she is empathetic and listens to people. To call someone your battle-buddy is a serious position for a military member. There’s enough people in this world that wants to give you their advice, tell you what you should do, mold you into becoming what you should be in their image. Professionally, that’s what the system is designed for. Deanna put the human element into rediscovering what your passion is and identifying you. During the time I’ve been mentored by Deanna, I tried to take steps forward in getting my life together and establishing a solid business for myself. Unfortunately, I had to put everything on pause because my focus wasn’t there. Deanna was there for me when it seemed like my world was collapsing. I’m a veteran who left the military unexpectedly. It’s been a difficult road trying to figure out the civilian world, but Deanna gave me the right encouragement I needed to hear so I can have hope in knowing there’s a future for me. Deanna is beyond someone with a gift. She takes your personality and analyze it to allow you to discover who you are as a person. There’s things about our characteristics that we may overlook. Having someone like Deanna to dissect your personality and identify your strengths, weaknesses, and talents, you really start to see who you are as a person. There’s really not enough words to explain how awesome Deanna is and having her as a professional resources and friend something that I cannot take advantage of. Deanna is patient and she understand life happens. She doesn’t make you feel like you failed. She make you realize another lies ahead. She doesn’t see you as a burden; she see you as someone who just needs a shoulder to cry on. I was a a pivotal moment in my life and I kept getting slammed with closed doors (metaphorically) many disappointed people (even my own family). Deanna became that battle-buddy to walk through the fire with me as I needed to figure out direction. If you have Deanna as a resource, you can rest assured she is there on purpose. It wasn’t an accident that you met her; it’s on purpose and she is ready, willing, and able to help guide you to unlocking your potential. Even if it seems you cannot run a business, you might be good a doing other things. Take the time to work with Deanna and be transparent with her. She has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and so much more to offer that can relate to your situation. I’m still picking up the pieces and trying to move forward with starting my business. I haven’t given up, but only stumbled along the way. Once I met Deanna, she always takes the time to meet with me when I make the appointment. She celebrates the small wins with you and make you feel positive about yourself. There’s really not enough words to say THANK YOU Deanna!

I had a great experience working with Deanna Williamson, an exceptional Career Ownership Coach.
From our first conversation, she demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. She has a strong ability to ask the right questions, listen with intention, and provide clear guidance. If you are navigating a career transition, exploring business ownership, or looking for direction in your professional life, her insight is extremely valuable.
As a business owner myself, I value conversations that are both strategic and grounded, and Deanna delivers exactly that.
If you are considering career coaching or business coaching, I highly recommend connecting with Deanna Williamson. She brings professionalism, integrity, and a real commitment to helping people move forward with confidence.

Deanna has been a wonderful guide to help reshape and focus my job search and career path. She provided valuable insight and tools to pinpoint my strengths and weaknesses for my chosen path as well as provided options and contacts to explore business ownership and franchise opportunities. It’s great to have an advocate and her warmth and kindness are motivating and very welcome during a job search.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Deanna, whose career coaching made a tremendous impact on my professional journey. When her assistant first reached out, I was admittedly skeptical. Still, I agreed to an introductory call with her business partner to learn more—and I’m so glad I did.
Deanna’s coaching process is structured as up to six sessions, though you can conclude at any point once you’ve reached your goal. I completed five sessions, and each one moved me closer to clarity and confidence.
From the start, Deanna helped me get unstuck and reimagine possibilities that aligned not only with my financial goals but also with my natural strengths—even opportunities far outside the career realms I had previously considered. After taking two assessments, we dove into the results in our first session, and she presented two potential pathways: pursuing a traditional W-2 role or exploring the option of purchasing a turn-key business and becoming my own boss. While I ultimately chose the W-2 path, I even began sketching out an early business plan thanks to her guidance.
One of the most powerful parts of Deanna’s coaching was the set of tools she gave me—guided journaling for gratitude, progress, and possibilities, as well as a questioning matrix to evaluate whether potential roles truly aligned with my vision before I invested time applying. In our second session, she helped me articulate my goals and craft a clear vision statement that became the lens for every opportunity that followed.
And then something remarkable happened: the job market cracked open. I started receiving interviews in completely different fields and now have a contingent offer in a brand-new career pathway.
All of this coaching was completely free. While the business model is primarily connected to exploring business ownership (Path 2), Deanna’s support was invaluable even though that wasn’t the direction I ultimately chose.
My recommendation—and my gratitude—are my way of paying it forward. If you’re feeling stuck or simply ready for a career that better fits your strengths, values, and goals, I cannot recommend Deanna highly enough. She helped me see possibilities I never would have considered on my own, and I’m excited for anyone else who gets to experience the same transformation. Even if you are scared, give this opportunity a try and you may just land your dream job!

I would highly recommend Deanna as a career coach. She took me through the process to understand what I am looking for as I transition to retirement with no pressure to use any of her franchises. She genuinely cares about you and wants to help you with your transition. I would now consider her a friend.

I want to give a special mention to Deanna from The Entrepreneur’s Source. Our encounter underscores the significance of immersing oneself in positive environments, as it can lead to unexpected opportunities. Deanna, a career coach, appeared just when I needed guidance and fresh perspectives to uncover hidden ideas and address my blind spots. She has been instrumental in helping me navigate concepts that I once deemed beyond my reach, reserved for those more seasoned or qualified.

I started working with Deanna when I was at a crossroads between jobs. She helped me get clarity around what I do and don’t want in my career, and in my life overall, in compassionate and insightful conversations. Many of us don’t get, or take, the time for that introspection, but she heard what was essential to me and distilled it into action that I could work on moving forward. I’m grateful and would recommend her to anyone who needs an outside ear to talk the tough things through.

I am truly grateful for the work Deanna and I did together. To only recommend her would fall short of how much of an impact her career coaching helped me stay positive during a challenging time. The professionalism, the generosity of time, her dedication to listening and her ability to put just the context to advice was so well done. I will forever be grateful for the experience and feel as if I learned more than I ever thought I could.
If you feel like you could use a shoulder to lean on or a person to listen with the intent to listen, you should strongly consider connecting to Deanna..
A sincere thank you and a 100% “I recommend “

I started working with Deanna during a time when I felt stuck in my career — unsure whether to stay, pivot, or take a leap into something new. From day one, she brought warmth, insight, and a level of support that made all the difference.
With her help, I clarified what truly matters to me in a career — not just for myself, but for my family too. Her thoughtful questions, encouragement, and spot-on personality assessments helped me better understand my strengths and gave me the clarity I needed to move forward.
I’m happy to share that I recently accepted a new role that’s a much better fit — and I know I wouldn’t have gotten here without Deanna’s guidance. She’s more than a coach — she’s a genuine cheerleader and now, a friend.
If you’re navigating a career crossroads, I can’t recommend her enough.

Coaches and mentors are important in life. I have been fortunate to have many really great ones in my life so far. A good coach does not direct, but poses many contemplative, self reflective questions. Coaches and mentors are important in life. I have been fortunate to have many really great ones in my life so far. A good coach does not direct, but poses many contemplative, self reflective questions. Deanna Williamson has been one of these great coaches for me recently and I can’t thank her enough. Her empathetic approach and concept of “Entrepreneur 2.0” provides a path of self discovery. Like any good coach, she guides with questions and suggests possibilities. But it is up to the individual to do the hard thinking. The content discussed hits all the right points for someone looking to turn their career into a purposeful one. If you or anyone you know is considering a career change that is more in line with their purpose, give her a shout. TY Deanna!

I recently worked with Deanna as I navigated the next steps in my career journey, and I was incredibly impressed with her support and guidance. Although she is new to The Entrepreneur’s Source, I would have never known—her confidence, knowledge, and seasoned approach made her feel like a true expert.
At first, I was hesitant, unsure if working with Deanna would come with pressure to start my own business. However, I never felt pressured at all. Instead, I experienced the opposite—Deanna truly listened to me, took the time to understand my goals, and focused on how she could best support my unique path. She provided valuable tools and asked thoughtful, open-ended questions that helped me gain clarity about my career direction.
Throughout our work together, I felt heard, supported, and even celebrated. I deeply appreciated Deanna’s relaxed, encouraging, and insightful approach, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking career guidance.

Deanna helped me focus both my energy and my narrative, leading me to understand more about myself in the process. Now it is extremely clear both what I want to accomplish professionally and how I should demonstrate my value.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”

“After working as an executive in the Detroit area, I found myself at a crossroads. At the age of 64, many people are looking to wind down; but I was starting a whole new adventure. I considered taking another shot at the day-to-day corporate grind. I tried to find another position, but my wife and I have always dreamed of owning our own business, so we began to examine the possibilities. That’s when I found The Entrepreneur’s Source®. I feel my coach has developed his communication skills which allow him to listen with true empathy and I completely trusted The Entrepreneur’s Source process. Now I feel I have personal value in my work. I am loving being a business owner and can see the impact it can have on others. The Entrepreneur’s Source has a great process to help you explore self-sufficiency.”
RICK WEAVER, New Business Owner -
“I was traveling across the country working in corporate sales and one day I realized that I didn’t want to travel anymore! That’s when I began to think about owning my own business. I began working with my Career Ownership Coach who helped me begin my Journey of Discovery. For me, it was a great process. I was learning about what excited and motivated me, but also what didn’t! That was just as important. I am so happy I went on the “journey,” and was also happy to have my coach along with me. He was a very good listener. He was genuinely interested in my long-term success. and he challenged me to see some things I didn’t even see in myself.”
LEE PUTNAM, New Business Owner -
“I had worked for 15 years in the world of corporate finance when I was forced to make a sudden exit. I had always thought to myself, I have this great corporate job, I’m on easy street. But I was really in the wrong place at the wrong time. I had no control over my own destiny. My Career Ownership Coach helped me take a close look at Franchising to achieve self-sufficiency. Franchising was a better choice for me rather than starting a business from the ground up. I have a good sense of how things should run and customer service but I tend not to be strong on the sales side and frankly, I am not the stereotypical idea-man. A franchise is giving you the playbook, and you have a product. In my mind a lot of the basics have been built, you just need to follow the proven system. When friends are approaching those exit ramps in life, the first thing I tell them to do is to connect with a Career Ownership Coach at The Entrepreneur’s source.”
ANDREW BROWN, New Business Owner -
“The first time I met with my coach, I didn’t think I would walk out with a popcorn stand…Throughout my career, I never once dreamed I’d be in the place I’m in now. I thank E-Source for helping guide me.”
BILL BENTZ, New Business Owner -
“Being an entrepreneur was always an idea in my head, but to be honest, I thought when I got to the point in my life that I had a family, that that ship had sailed. My wife and I met with our Career Ownership Coach and found The Entrepreneur’s Source® to be a valuable tool throughout our discovery process. Now, as a business owner I have not only raised nearly $1 million dollars for schools in my community, but I work hard, and I get the flexibility to do what I want to do when I want to do it.”
