My own journey has spanned the many different industries, each chapter teaching me the value of adaptability and courage in times of change. During the 2008 recession, I made a bold leap into a completely new career path as a flight crew instructor—and then again in 2024 as a small business owner and career coach- each one challenged me to grow and reminded me that incredible things happen when we push past fear.
Alongside my husband, Duncan Wooster — a military veteran, aviator and now Business Development Associate — I discovered that business ownership was the ideal vehicle to align our values, goals, and lifestyle. Today, as a veteran-owned and woman-led business, we’re passionate about helping others gain the same clarity and confidence as they design their own futures.
